What I did
As UX/UI designer I created design for the end-to-end web and mobile experience for a two-sided SMM consultancy platform, restructuring discovery, booking, and session flows around a session-first model that cut the path from "find an expert" to "confirmed session" to a few clear steps; built a unified component system across client and expert roles, reducing design inconsistencies between web and mobile and speeding up delivery of new screens.
How I did it, and what I used:
Figma
End-to-end UI design, prototyping, and a shared component library (cards, chat bubbles, session rows) reused across client-side and expert-side screens so both roles felt like one product.Session-first restructuring
Instead of designing chat, video, and files as separate features, I anchored them to a single Sessions object, removing the disconnect between "finding an expert" and "actually working with them."Dual-role system design
Designed distinct but visually consistent settings, billing, and profile flows for clients vs. experts, so switching roles didn't feel like switching products.Slack
Day-to-day alignment with product/business stakeholders on flow decisions, feedback loops, and scope changes.
