What I did
As a Product Designer, I redesigned the home-to-home delivery request flow for Nova Post's mobile app, turning a confusing booking process into a clear, trackable one; ran competitor analysis, business process mapping, and usability testing across two competing hypotheses, then implemented the winning solution, a 50% reduction in flow errors, a 20% improvement in conversion, and a 10% revenue increase within three months.

Understood the process before designing
Briefed stakeholders and interviewed the product lead to learn the current flow, past launch attempts, and internal feedback, so the redesign started from real constraints, not assumptions.Competitor benchmarking
Analyzed similar home-delivery features across Ukrainian and international logistics platforms to pull in what worked and flag known failure points before they showed up in our design.Business process mapping
Mapped the existing courier-customer process in BPMN with the team, then co-designed and critiqued an improved version until we converged on the strongest flow.OOUX before wireframes
Structured the objects, relationships, and data the flow actually needed using OOUX, so prototypes were accurate from the start and didn't need major rework mid-testing.Tested two hypotheses, not one
Prototyped both in Figma using the existing design system, then ran usability testing (32 users each) to see which actually held up. Hypothesis #1 (direct courier calls) created a safety risk for couriers and was dropped; Hypothesis #2 (scheduled pickup window + arrival callback) won and shipped.Delivered implementation-ready
Handed the product team fully functional design files and validated insights, not just mockups, so engineering had a clear, low-ambiguity path to build.
