What I did
As a Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end UX/UI for mySignature's responsive redesign, an email signature generator and tracking platform, working from information architecture and user flows through to high-fidelity UI and design specs. I built a scalable, component-based interface for the core signature-creation journey (template selection, customization, preview, export) that holds up consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The redesign shipped to the live product, giving mySignature a more consistent, scalable interface to build on going forward.
How I did it, and what I used:
Mapped the core journey first
Reworked the information architecture and user flows for template selection, signature customization, preview, and export before touching visual design, so the structure held up before the UI did.Designed for a fragmented problem
Since signatures were breaking formatting and drifting off-brand across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, I focused the UI on predictable, consistent rendering rather than just visual polish.Built component-based, not screen-by-screen
Created a reusable UI component system so the interface would scale cleanly across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints instead of needing separate one-off designs per device.Worked closely with product and comms
Collaborated with the Product Manager, Product Owner, and Communications Manager to keep the design aligned with product priorities and brand voice throughout.Delivered production-ready specs
Handed off high-fidelity UI and detailed design specs, then saw the redesign through to launch on the live product at mysignature.io.
