What I did

As a Product Designer, I redesigned web and mobile interfaces for HotelFriend's non-commercial platforms, landing pages, marketing surfaces, and brand-facing materials, supporting a travel and hospitality automation company with an already-live commercial product (web, iOS, and Android). Working alongside a large cross-functional team, I focused on improving visual consistency across these touchpoints and supporting the company's ongoing marketing and brand engagement initiatives.

How I did it, and what I used:

  • Worked on the marketing layer, not the core product
HotelFriend's booking and hotel-management platform was already live, so the redesign focused on landing pages, presentations, and email newsletters rather than reworking core product flows.

  • Prioritized visual consistency over reinvention
Audited existing pages and materials for inconsistent styling and brought them in line with a shared visual language, so brand touchpoints matched the product experience instead of feeling disconnected from it.

  • Collaborated across a large cross-functional team
Worked alongside Product Managers, a Brand Designer, Product Owner, Copywriter, and Communications Manager to keep marketing output aligned with both brand direction and business goals.

  • Supported ongoing campaigns, not one-off delivery
Produced recurring assets (landing pages, email newsletters, presentation decks) that plugged directly into HotelFriend's marketing and brand engagement initiatives.

  • Designed and prototyped in Figma
Kept a consistent visual system across web and mobile touchpoints so future marketing materials could be produced without starting from scratch each time.
